Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

  • Internet

    Manx Telecom are aware of an issue with 3rd party mail clients not working correctly with @manx.net email accounts. Webmail access is unaffected.

    Our vendor is currently investigating.
