Our networks are designed to provide a high level of service and availability as you would expect. However, occasionally things may go wrong or we may need to do works on these networks that impact on our services. These pages let you, the customer, know what the status of our networks are and whether we have any planned works scheduled.

  • Internet

    Tuesday 20th May - CHG0062235

    Manx Telecom will be carrying out maintenance on the MyMT platform.

    Customers will be unable to access MyMT for up to 15 minutes during the maintenance window.

    Maintenance window: 21:00 20/05/2025 – 22:00 20/05/2025

    Manx Telecom will be carrying out maintenance to the payment platform.

    Customers will be unable to access Top-Ups and balance inquiries for up to 3 minutes during the maintenance window.

    Maintenance window: 21:00 20/05/2025 – 22:00 20/05/2025

    Mobile customers may experience a delay in sending or receiving MMS during the maintenance window.
