Notes for Call Charges

A 16.67p call set-up charge applies, calls charged in 60 seconds increments. Call charges are per minute.

All rates shown exclude VAT. Call charges are rounded up to the nearest penny but are indicative only

Any call started in a month, will be treated for the entirety of the call, on the basis only of allowances available at the beginning of the call, and any new allowances (i.e. at the beginning of a new month) will ONLY be applied to the account, following the completion of the call e.g. a call made at 23:50 on the last day of the month, and lasting 15 minutes, on an account where all inclusive minutes have been previously used, will be charged for the entirety of the call, and inclusive minutes will only be applied to the tariff plan following the completion of the call.
